Three sides convergent way, counter loop type, tightening and loosening through the oil cylinder automatically. And the vessel classification of welding process to ensure that equipment is more stable and reliable.Full-automatic operation, easy to learn ,operate and maintain. Configures with PLC program and touch screen control, operated simply and equipped with automatic feeding detection, can compress bale automatic, realize unmanned operation, designs as special automatic strapping device.

Also the bale size and voltage can be customized according to customers' reasonable requirements. Bales weight depends on different materials.Adopt foreign famous seal, valve, electric components Adopt the German hydraulic technology to save energy and protect environment, and the YUKEN valve group, Schneider appliances, seals are imported form British to ensure without phenomenon of oil leak and improve the service life of the cylinder.
Our fully automatic horizontal balers are designed to process a wide range of material that can be recycled, silage paper, cardboard, film, textiles, PET bottles, aluminium cans. The fully automatic horizontal baler range are manufactured using thick steel sections and profiled sheet giving unrivalled strength and rigidity to the overall structure. Feeding system can be mechanical, pneumatic or manual and have different options regarding wiring of the bales, vertical or horizontal, with the tying system being automatic or manual. Our fully automatic horizontal balers capacity can vary from 20Ton to 350Ton. These fully automatic horizontal balers have optional auxiliary devices such as a rammer, bin lift, bypass, bale exit device, disperser of material, etc to make a more productive baling process promoting the degree of automation of the installation.
