Details
MG series vertical metal baling machine is specially designed for packaging non-metallic materials such as aluminum profile, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc., so we often call this type of packing machine as aluminum profile baler and stainless steel press machine. There are two standard models of this model, MG250 and MG315, which can cover the needs of most users. Of course, we can also modify the size of material box and change the hydraulic system according to the special needs of users to make suitable machines for customers.
The machine needs to be manually loaded. When the material is loaded, the main hydraulic cylinder is started to move downward to compress and pack the stainless steel or aluminum profiles in the material box. After the packing is completed, the manual strapping is carried out, and then the hydraulic cylinder behind is started to push the packed package out of the box to complete the whole packing process
